By using our website and services, you fully agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which also include our service provider terms, cancellation policies, and our stated limitations of liability. While we offer a mix of premium and budget-friendly services, our core focus is on delivering affordable parking solutions. Please understand that our terms are structured to maintain competitive pricing.
Airport Parking Xpert operates both as a booking platform and a service provider, managing its own secure on-site parking facility.
Before confirming your booking, you are expected to carefully read all relevant information, including individual service details, terms, and arrival/departure instructions. If you have any questions, you must raise them before completing your booking.
Should any provision of these terms be considered unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the rest of the contract — all clauses are severable.
These terms are governed under the laws of England.
Airport Parking Xpert reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, the Terms applicable to your booking are those published at the time your reservation is made. Always recheck the Terms before each booking to ensure you agree with them.

Bookings made via our website are confirmed through an email containing a booking reference number sent to the email address you provide.
All bookings are non-transferable.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, it’s your responsibility to contact us immediately to avoid any potential no-show or cancellation charges.
Make sure you provide accurate contact information and carefully read your arrival instructions and car park directions.
Bookings for our Mystery or Saver deals provide discounted rates for selected parking facilities. Details of the specific car park will be revealed after booking. While we aim to disclose relevant suitability information, we cannot be held liable if the product does not meet your expectations.
In some cases, Airport Parking Xpert may have to amend your booking after confirmation. If this happens and the changes are unsuitable, we will offer a full refund.
Please bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation when you travel, as it is required to validate your booking.
We may need to move vehicles around the site or to secure off-site locations for operational or safety reasons, especially during peak periods.
All prices on our website are quoted in GBP and apply to advance bookings.
Each booking includes a non-refundable booking fee.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed via card to confirm your reservation.
If your card payment is declined, Airport Parking Xpert reserves the right to cancel your service.
Additional charges may apply for services such as oversized vehicles, terminal charges, or delays. These surcharges are set by the parking provider and are separate from our listed rates.
Airport Parking Xpert acts as a booking agent and can only show the total amount paid. Full VAT invoices can only be issued by the actual service provider, in accordance with HMRC VAT guidelines.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us via info@xpertairportparking.co.uk or call us with your booking reference.
If you purchase Cancellation Cover, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off and receive a refund (minus a £10 admin fee, booking fee, and any extras). Non-Flexible bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of drop-off are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations not covered under the Cancellation Cover or those made for Saver or Non-Flexible bookings will not qualify for a refund.
Any changes to pick-up time after drop-off must be communicated directly with us.
If you shorten your stay after the service has started, no partial refund will be issued.
Cancellations and amendments must be processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). Once confirmed, changes cannot be undone.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
For cancellation deadlines, the start of service is considered as 12:00 AM on the day before your booking begins.
Before handing over your vehicle, ensure all windows are closed and valuables removed. Airport Parking Xpert cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items left inside the vehicle.
You must provide your vehicle’s ignition key or key card. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. We do not accept responsibility for other keys or keyrings left with the vehicle.
Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon return. Claims for damage made after leaving the premises will not be accepted.
Any damage or missing belongings must be reported immediately to the on-site staff and followed up with a detailed written complaint to our Customer Service Manager by email.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of vehicle collection to be considered. Not following the proper complaint process may affect your claim.
Filling out a Vehicle Report Form does not indicate acceptance of liability.

Airport Parking Xpert accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles, including damage to wheels, trims, windows, mechanical, or structural issues.
Mechanical failures are the owner’s responsibility. Rust, paint wear, and cosmetic issues are not covered.
When services are fulfilled by third-party providers, any claims must be directed to them. If we are the direct provider, our liability only applies where proven legally responsible.
All vehicles and belongings are left at the owner’s risk. We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failures, punctures, lost plates, or faulty keys/fobs. Only car keys should be handed over, not house or personal keys.
Vehicles may be relocated during peak times to secure overflow areas (including hotel car parks) within 15 miles. Security standards may vary. Repairs for any damage caused by our negligence must be carried out by our approved repairers.
Dash cams may be disconnected for privacy. Any complaint regarding mileage or damage must be backed by before-and-after photos.
If we request that you collect your vehicle from our compound, we will cover your taxi fare from the terminal. If we misplace your key, we will cover the driver’s return fare home, but you must have a spare key available.
Self-parking (e.g. hotel car parks) is done entirely at the customer’s risk. We are not responsible for fire, theft, flooding, missed flights, or indirect losses.
We do not cover damage exceeding £2,000 unless clear negligence is proven. Claims under £750 may be excluded without evidence.
Vehicle return can take up to 60 minutes after your call due to traffic or weather. We are not liable for damage revealed after rain, cleaning, or for issues with roof boxes.
Incorrect vehicle details may lead to fines. If this happens, please contact us for assistance.
Vehicles may be moved using multiple drivers or parked on grass/open ground during busy periods.
Customers are advised to remove all personal items and valuables before handing over their vehicle. We are not liable for any such items left inside.
If you require accessibility assistance, please inform us during the booking process.
Should any term be deemed unenforceable, all remaining terms will remain valid.
